Check-In & Assessment

Your car is raised safely on our hydraulic lift to access the oil drain plug and filter housing.

Oil Drain & Refill

Old oil is fully drained, the filter replaced, and fresh oil matching your engine spec is added.

For mineral oil, we recommend every 5,000 km or 3 months. For synthetic oil, every 8,000–10,000 km or 6 months. Uganda's dusty roads and stop-start city traffic can accelerate oil degradation, so erring on the shorter interval is always safer.

It depends on your vehicle's make, model, and engine specifications. Our technicians will cross-check your owner's manual recommendations and suggest the best oil grade — typically 5W-30, 5W-40, or 15W-40 for most vehicles in Uganda's climate.

A standard oil change typically takes 30–45 minutes. If you add the multi-point inspection or additional services, allow 60–90 minutes. We have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi so you can relax while we work.

Yes, we can use oil you supply as long as it meets your engine's specifications. However, we also stock a wide range of genuine, high-quality oils at competitive prices, so you may find it more convenient to let us supply everything.
